Materiality of Wood

We made our products with wood that are discarded from carpentry studios. We seek your understanding to accept the perfect imperfections in each and every piece. We promised to make sure that our products are in acceptable conditions before sending them out. 

Orders Cancellation

Unfortunately, orders are non-cancellable once payment has been made.

Returns & Exchanges - Wrong / Damaged product

We apologised that happened! Here's the terms and steps for an exchange if this arises:

  • Valid within 14 days, including weekends, upon receiving your order.

  • Get in touch with us via email, text, call or Whatsapp and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Once we have made known of your request, we will require you to send the item back to our studio. We highly recommend shipping it back to us via registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided by the customer.

  • Once verified that your items are damages or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover your shipping cost (up to $5) with a valid receipt. Shipping cost will be given back to the credit/debit card you used to pay for the order.

  • Only one exchange can be allowed per invoice/order. Items cannot be re-exchanged.

  • Damaged items: If item is repairable, we will require you to send it back to our studio to be repaired on the spot. Otherwise, we will send you a replacement within 3 working days.

Returns & Exchanges - Not what you are looking for

If the item received is not to your liking, and we totally understand that! We will accept your item for exchange if these terms are met: 

  • Valid within 14 days, including weekends, upon receiving your order.

  • Not valid for refunds in cash or credits

  • You can change for another piece of the same design or a new style - this is up to you!

  • Only one exchange can be allowed per invoice/order. Items cannot be re-exchanged.

  • Get in touch with us via email, text, call or Whatsapp and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Depending on the postage that you have opted for, the shipping fee will apply as per item.
